Ishita Barua is CEO and co-founder of Engram. She is a medical doctor with a PhD in artificial intelligence in medicine, and was previously a visiting researcher at Harvard Medical School. Ishita has won H.M. The King's Gold Medal for her research, been named one of Norway's 50 leading women in tech, and featured on Kapital's '40 under 40' list. She is the former co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Livv Health. Ishita is also the author of the books Kunstig intelligens redder liv (2023) and Techbros (2026). When she's not speaking on stage, she's in the sauna, and she's definitely the one who stays longest.

Dag-Inge is CTO and co-founder of Engram. He is best known as co-founder of Confrere, the video tool that became the standard in Norwegian healthcare during the pandemic and was sold to Silicon Valley company Daily in 2022. He most recently comes from the role of Head of AI at Tana, and has built deep expertise in WebRTC, applied AI and transcription throughout his career. He has spoken at conferences in Japan, the US and Iceland, and has been a prolific writer and advocate for usability, product development and AI. He believes user experience is everything, whether it's the product you deliver or the code you write. If there's cake nearby, chances are he has already found his way to it.

Theo is Chief Product Officer at Engram. He trained as a designer at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), specializing in interaction design, and has spent the past 16 years working at the intersection of design, technology, and complex user needs. Before Engram, Theo worked as a senior designer at Teleplan Globe, developing information and analysis tools for defense and emergency preparedness, designing decision-support solutions for safety-critical operations. He has also previously run the design studio Skrekkøgle, and worked at Opera, Halogen and Gyldendal. Ask Theo about sailing if you'd like to hear an "interesting" story.

Camilla is a fullstack developer at Engram. She has previous experience as a consultant at Minus 1, Webstep and Capra Consulting, for clients including Nav, Vy and Digdir. She is comfortable across the whole stack, with a particular soft spot for frontend. She cares deeply about good craftsmanship, readable code, and building the right things. To get there, she believes strong psychological safety is just as important as the code itself, and that you have to enjoy the journey along the way. She is currently training hard to beat Dag-Inge's record up the stairs after lunch. Records are, after all, made to be broken.
